Halswell Junior Cricket T&C's

All details collected by Halswell Cricket Club are used for the purpose of communicating with families and players about the current season, and opportunities that may arise within the season, such as club days, pre-season training sessions, and prizegiving. Your details will not be shared with any outside organisations, other than CJCA and other relevant cricketing bodies as required.

Financial details are collected for the sole purpose of processing sub payments, and these are only collected through the Play HQ platform, and not stored by Halswell Cricket.

All players, parents, supporters and coaches must adhere to our code conduct, which can be viewed below.

Refunds
We will refund full subs paid if membership is cancelled within 1 week of the season starting. After this we will discuss a partial refund depending on circumstances, so please get in touch. All refunds will be for subs only and any service fees or credit card fees charged by PlayHQ, NZC or Stripe will not be refunded.
