The aim of our hard ball cricket grades is to provide players with a fun, fair &amp; learning game with a connection to International cricket as close as the age group, player abilities &amp; time allow. New players in the hard ball grades are still most welcome to join our friendly club. Super 8 (Primary)<\/h3><p>Super 8&#8217;s is a softer introduction to hard ball cricket. The same rules apply, and all the gear is still required (pads, gloves, helmets etc.), but it uses a softer ball.<\/p><ul><li>Eligibility: School Year 5 and 6<\/li><li>Teams: 8-a-side<\/li><li>Equipment: Full protective gear<\/li><li>Ball: Junior match Incredi-ball<\/li><li>Innings: 20 overs per team<\/li><li>Pitch length: 16 metres<\/li><li>Game Days: Saturday at 9.00am<\/li><li>Game Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-361bac31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"361bac31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>2. School Year 8 Hard Ball (until Christmas)<\/h3><p>The junior competition finishes at Year 8. So players in Year can play a half season in Term 4.
